A note from the founder المؤسس

Built by a student who lives on both sides of the bridge.

RISALA was founded by Talal Alqahtani, a Saudi national and current student at Penn State's Smeal College of Business (Supply Chain & Information Systems with Labor & Human Resources), who splits the year between Riyadh and the United States, and who built Saudi Extracurriculars for Students (SEFS) to make that road easier for the students behind him.

His conviction is simple: the Gulf's greatest export in the coming decades will not be a commodity. It will be its people, and the message they bring. RISALA exists to prepare them, and to make sure the world hears them at their best.

No. RISALA is fully independent. We guide members through official processes like Safeer (eligibility, documents, deadlines), but all decisions belong to the official institutions.

No, and no honest advisor does. We guarantee preparation: a stronger profile, application, and interview, following ethical admissions-consulting standards.

Yes. RISALA starts from Saudi Arabia but events and membership are global. Online events run in English, with Arabic-language sessions for Saudi-specific topics.
